New Year Day brew day.
Me and @1602jj brewing up a begian quad.
Original Gravity was about 1.160 (potental for about 15% ABV) with some belgian candy sugar and honey. This is going to be a huge beer. It took about 7 and a half hours and the high today was about 32 degrees. This was brutal...hopefully the beer will make it all worth it.

@shularbrau Probably not as big as we should have but we make a little over a liter of starter that was pretty thick with yeast. I now have a 2 L flask to make them in so we will be more prepared for the next one.
