@moses & @mackle - that house sat empty for over a year. Just bought (neighbors moving in) for under $20,000. The paint is the least of it's worries. I suspect the built in gutters will go this winter due to the trees growing out of them. You can live in a great historic neighborhood for pretty cheap in Fort Wayne..plus live next to @shanks Keating
