Dear Beards,
Today is a day about how we are all kings. And though we are all kings regardless of anything else, this website makes it much more fun and gives us an actual "king" button to click. So one might argue that without @mackle there would be no whiskerino and therefore no king. If you have plans for today's theme then I encourage you to execute them as you normally would. However, if you have no plans for today, then perhaps you might print this tiny poster I made and use it in your photo. I won't tell you what to do with your king votes (unless its my birthday), but I am personally saving my king votes for when @mackle uploads later today. Thanks @mackle for all the things you do seen and unseen. This place most definitely wouldn't be the same without you.

mackle says:: Here's the deal.. it's a chicken / egg scenario. True, there would be no Whiskerino if I didn't build this site. But there'd ALSO be no Whiskerino if people didn't participate, comment and make it the awesome thing that it is. It's not about me. It's *never* about me. I don't care for the spotlight and do not want to be seen as a "leader" or a "king" - I'm just another participant that happens to have FTP access to the server.
