Nice technique... In my opinion, the sad beard has more presence than the happy one... Am I pessimistic? Or do other people agree on that?

Slick! This makes me think of the tragedy/comedy photos done by Jeff Bridges (not because of the visual style so much as it's done all in one print).

ThatGuy says:
is that what that camera does? A double exposure, 1 half at a time? That's awesome.
Posted: Feb 2nd, 2010 - 7:57am -
yourfavorite says:
@thatguy - Its a camera that takes two of the exact same picture on one piece of film for instances like passports where you needed two photos that were exactly the same. However if you cover up one lens, take a picture, and then move the cover to the other lens and take a picture, you get double exposure on half a piece of film each. If that makes sense :D

i will pay for film for this camera if you bring it to the Throwdown and enhance all of our lives 300%

yourfavorite says:
@mackle - I will bring the camera for sure. Sadly though, film is not cheap. For anyone that would like to purchase film for use in this camera, the cheapest option (also the film used for this shot) is Fuji FP-100C or if you'd prefer the black and white version as opposed to color, Fuji FP-100B. Each pack has 10 shots so buy as much as you'd like and we'll shoot up a storm.

Creative Liberty says:
I thought you were doing this with a mirror. I can do a sad face and a happy face all in one face.

I was sent to my room a lot as a kid. I can also talk in three voices at once.

I've been thinking all Whiskerino that it'd be great to have a half lens-cap to more easily perform this sort of trickery.
Then I remember most people would just use photoshop.
