Whiskerino 2009

This is where I work most of the time four days a week — I work remote the other day of the week (usually at home or on the road).

There are (at least) 5 Whiskerino-related items featured here. One's just about impossible to find. How many can you find?

Update: The impossible one really is impossible on further consideration. It's a photo of an old Whiskerino photo that no one will be able to deduce.

Well, I see a Jeremy Okai painting, a beard, a dude on an iphone, 2 computers and a picture of cute kids. Those are all things I associate with Whiskerino! What prize do I get?

I'm being generous in my associations. Things from whiskerino people, in whiskerino photos, etc. I suppose you could count me too - @jar and @laura are smarter than me on that count but I didn't include myself in the original 5.

Well, the bearded painting on the wall, your face, the old fashioned camera on the desk, the web cam on the computer, and I assume you have a camera on the phone, not to mention the computer to upload your shots.

I've got the 2 hale prints and the Davis painting. I can't make the picture big enough to see what you're hiding on the bookshelf though. 3/5 ain't bad though.

mims attack says:
computer numerical controlled.. basically, you design on a computer and program toolpaths, then the machine follows exactly what you've told it to. If you mess up programming, you can destroy a piece in no time flat. it often takes as long to program something as it does to actually do the machining.

1. Painting by @JeremyOkai
2. Whiskerino print on top shelf by @hale
3. Moustache print on desk by @hale
4. 50mm lens that I use for almost every Whiskerino pic I've taken on desk near print.
5. Brownie used in day 9
6. Print from Whiskerino '07 post partially obscured by my head - clame!
7, 8, etc. Pictures of kids / wife frequently featured in pics (good thought @laura), me (right @jar), computer (good thinking @owen)

(I'm terrible at these games.)

Nice, missed this the fun and games today. Which 50mm lens is it?
Posted: Nov 18th, 2009 - 10:01pm -
wondermade says:
@eightface The 1.8. I'm not that into the 1.4 and the 1.2 is too rich for me. (That and my kids aren't that gentle with my gear, so cheap lenses save me from possible heartache.)
