Hah. @jnonfiction HOWDY! Yes its that lovely aroma, sweet fermentation and hops. I know its not trueblood, but I bought an extract kit from [CLAME] and they are ALWAYS a perfect turnout. I'm introducing a new coworker to the wonders of the craft. We got a Holiday Ale including Cinnamon stick, Nutmeg & Ginger. I always go the extra mile and get the Activator slap pack too, for the needed consistency to the style. And so-far, the beerd (sp) itch is quantifying the need for more homebrewing to keep my mind off of it. ;) I'll keep ya up to date!
