Wheat Beard. says:
@wondermade Good eye, it's from a 1956 version a picked up at a thrift shop. Still had the original score cards and everything. Best I can tell only one game was ever played: Eita 254 over Joe 201.

Does anyone even name their child Eita anymore?

Wow, that is old...

I've never played yahtzee.

Dschonn says:
In Berlin, I played Yahtzee all the time, but called it Kniffel because I guess that's the German name for it. Anyway, the folks I used to play with always used six dice, which changed things up a bit. It made some things harder, but others easier to get.
Anyway, since this group of friends lived in the part of Berlin called Friedrichshain, they called themselves the Friedrichshain Kniffel Klub, which oddly enough has the same initials as the nudist movement in Germany. It was a funny joke.

Maybe you had to be there.
