But I wanna go back to going crazy,
believing every word that I was told.
You know, sometimes, growing up, I think I'm getting wiser,
And then other times, I think I'm getting old.

(Thanks to @BrandonHill for posting the picture yesterday that led @mackle, @jnonfiction, @ewagoner, and @aaronb to…um…“politely encourage” me to watch this 25 year old classic that I somehow missed as a child.)

I'm going to king you because you were made to watch that awful movie. You just wanted to grow a beard, not be tortured.

@HiImTerry Hilarious. It wasn't at all what I thought it was going to be. It was like a really twisted Muppet Show or something. I laughed alot. I thought it was funny.

Nothing reminds me of Christmas like Gremlins. Only now can I truly appreciate Phoebe Cates.

Fofe says:
I like the intensity in this and the glow from the TV. I've never seen Gremlins in its entirety either. Maybe I'll rent it some rainy weekend.

mackle says:
Oh snap! Now I'm going to have to challenge @Fofe to watch Gremlins or face certain Whiskerino death! I'm drunk with power!!

Though seriously, thanks for taking me up on this silly challenge. Hopefully you enjoyed it and it wasn't too much of a pain in the butt to obtain / sit through. It's one of my favorites.

Tolleson says:
I am in awe that you never saw this up to now. That's impressive given the amount of cultural references that surround it. The idea of watching TV in the wilderness from the comfort of a sleeping bag is, in my opinion, the cherry on top of this King-worthy submission.
