In Lima, Peru you'd be hard pressed to find a decent mexican food joint. Leaving me with no option but to build my own tacos.

So here ya go...
...tacos for the win!

@NedKelly OUCH! I guess that's the price for living in bondi. Seriously, one of the best places on earth.

@Chally You ain't right... some super tasty stuff here.

@BryanHunter Nah...that would've taken too much effort. Although, when we first moved down here (1983) my dad would have to make his own flour tortillas. Things have changed a lot...thank God. =)
