I got my wisdom teeth pulled this morning. I've been lying in bed all day thankful for Hydrocodone and Gatorade. Although, I'm getting the rest I've been looking for.

Dj says:
all 4?

I've only had 2 removed, separate times. Each was a nightmare. Can't imagine all 4 at the same time.

Take it easy and enjoy the vicodin :)

All four out myself six years ago, this brings back no memories, though - must be the painkillers worked too well.

Hope you feel better soon!

Ouch. Thought it may be a thanksgiving day gorging injury.

@Dj fortunately I only had 3 but its still ridiculously painful when the hydrocodone wears off. Nothing like sitting around with black tea soaked gauze in my wounds and ice packs on either cheek. Movie-thon '09 is about to take place. Any suggestions @wondermade?

Andrew says:
I remember this.

Pointers: don't get/use sterilized gauze. tastes horrible. Also, some pizza can actually be blended.

Ouch! I had all 4 out years back, 2 impacted and 2 pulled. Not a pleasant experience, that's for sure. Good luck on a speedy recovery.

I don't remember anything I saw, so go classics. However I'm back on a 'children of men' recommendation kick if you are lucid enough to enjoy a thinking flick.

Chally says:
Ouchy. Rest up, should be better in a few days. At least you got your fill of turkey before the carnage.

I remember when I had mine pulled. I saw the teeth (was not put out for the procedure) and they were huge - super long with roots and all. Were you able to commandeer yours?

stanislaw says:
@chally unfortunately due to being out through the experience i didn't think to ask for them until we were home so it was already too late.

Worst part is seeing delicious thanksgiving leftovers and not being able to eat them. All I can eat is yogurt, pureed soup, and ice cream.

-No Country for Old Men
-There Will Be Blood
-The Wrestler
and just incase you're a sick, sick sick-o like me...

Feel better!
