Rumor has it there is some locally brewed mead on tap somewhere downtown Knoxville. Dragging my parents bar and resturant hopping in the old city.

@tedford Dang. they don't have it on tap anymore. apparently they had it on tap in early 2009, but not since then. Those guys in Lake City with the Meadery are trying to sell it and are in discussions with some people who may turn it into a full time winery... so go soon to get local mead, it may not exist long (if you like sweet mead, their pineapple stuff is not bad at all)

@keifel 11am on Sunday at the brewery on Gay Street in downtown Knoxville. Several of us will be there.
