I do believe a neighbor kid of mine did this. It was much better looking two days ago when the snow wasnt trashed. It said Hi with a giant headed stick figure... it was awesome!

PS. The funnier moment was when it was brand new and my dog (Georgia) pee'd in the stick figures hand.
