@LG3, the bottom line: great HD camcorder for the money. It has a nice AV in feature that let's you record TV or other AV content, the menus are easy to understand and use, and it shoots .mov files, which are perfect for my mac. Biggest downside: junk microphone and no external mic jack. For $50-100 more you could get a similar camera from Aiptek with an external mic jack and a few more features. I might try to hack this one with a new mic or a jack, but not any time soon.

I make things. Mostly websites, but some drawings and other designs. Sometimes they turn out well, sometimes not. I also make money for this guy. He pays me well, so it works out. Plus he's a blast to work with. Plus he's my brother.
