Good meeting you man, I noticed that Cardinals sticker on your car. MO represent! Send me an e-mail whatbryan(at)hotmail.com and I'll send you the pic we took together.
1) you turned around before your ball hit the pins. meaning you didn't get to see them fall
2) @ploafmaster shot it...and he's pretty awesome
3) your clamebuted photo is also of you turned around before the ball has hit the pins
4) both balls appear to be hitting in strike territory.
Great to meet and bowl with you, man. Sorry I got my fingers all up in the picture. I also wish I'd have snapped it a second later to see all the pins knocked down, because it was a dead-on strike.
@ploafmaster, you did good man, i needed the shot before the pins fell to duplicate the autoclamebute. ya you stuck your fingers there, but i've stuck my finger in lots of posts, its all good
yoga in its crudest definition means to yoke, to control, or to unify. To me, yoga is a means to unify the thoughts and motivations of the mind with my bodily actions so I can perform whatever task I want to do. As someone who lives with cerebral palsy and lacks "normal" nervous communication with muscles, I have found that practicing the teachings of yoga and other Eastern philosophies of the body and mind help build that communication that I lack. By mindfully thinking about everyday tasks with the knowledge I've gained from my practice, I am able to act under control, while also building muscles. To put it shortly, the more i think of tasks in yoga terms, the easier the actions of those tasks become, and the stronger I become. Thus, I'll be using Whiskerino 2009 to express all these little yogas I have come to perceive.
