I only flash one gang sign, seen here, here, and here.

Instead, let me show you the yoga of the proprioception sense. The proprioception sense, as I have learned recently, is basically the awareness of your body parts. If you think of a shortstop running to his right and back handing a ground ball, he may see the ball into his glove, but it is his proprioceptive sense that allows him to plant his feet, grasp the ball, and get in a position to throw the ball to first to get the runner. I am interested in this because of the cerebral palsy, because of a damaged cerebellum. I've never heard this word before a few months ago, but it explains so much, especially why it is difficult for me to touch my two index fingers together with my eyes close.

Yoga asanas (like the stretchy party of yoga) directly stimulates this sense. From a strictly physical sense, greater proprioception is what makes practicing asanas worth the time and effort, and pleasurable. My teacher gave me this book called "A Handbook for Yogasana Teachers", and it says "we preform the yogasanas with very specific intentions as to alignment and elongation, and these kinesthetic and proprioceptive sensors are the measures of our actions. When these two factors, intention, and action, are compared in the cerebellum and are found to be in strong accord, then the level of delight is high." Its just like listening to music or seeing something beautiful. Its just another way to develop awareness. I think thats pretty cool knowledge.
