Appetizers: Selection of baguette/crackers with aged Gouda and Délice de Bourgogne cheeses, and Toscano cured sausage.
1. Roasted pork loin roulade stuffed with autumn fruits and apple cider jus.
2. Whipped russet and Yukon gold potatoes with Amish butter.
3. Fresh green beans dressed with Amish butter, sea salt, fresh cracked pepper, and shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano.
4. Salad of fresh mixed greens with raspberries and balsamic vinaigrette.
To be washed down with Gewurztraminer or Abita Amber Ale.
