It IS a USAF (Air Force) 1951 contrast resulution chart (nerds may clame). I use it to test the visual acuity of Army pilots wearing night vision goggles when any new lighted display is installed in the cockpit.

It's work!

i'm wondering because i'm having trouble finding any work at all with my grad degree in psychology.
