@Robfrenzy , it was not an easy venture, but we brought along our crampons to traverse the ice. It was for sure the most snow I had seen up there ever, well over 3-4 ft. in some areas and the cables used for the steep cliffs were covered for the most part.
@Grower&Shower, I was actually dripping wet from the climb to the top, the ice came on the way down plus this is still like spring weather compared to Minneapolis. These might have been sweaticles.
@philly, i think we were talking about the same photographer. and you should get that cross check. i rode it on some gnarly dirt roads today. tons of fun. and if you guys need some documentary style photos at target i would love to come show my book. CLAME.
this is awesome. I really hope we get to hang out again some time. we seem to have a pretty similar demeanor. keep in mind any time you want to visit Madison with the misses that we have a futon in a spare bedroom. just sayin.
