Day 2: The Basics
Today I teach you the basics of performing the pose known to many as "The Mackle." Please review yesterday's lecture if confused.
For reference today please refer to Figure 6C. As you can see, @Damnweather is demonstrating the correct positioning of legs, hands, and head.
I. Act like you are going to propose marriage to someone by getting down on one knee, but halfway down, STOP in mid-squat. Have your dominant leg jutting forward, and your other leg behind you. Your ankles will bear much of the strain for this pose.
II. Put your hands in your pockets. Preferably hoodie pockets.
III. Face sideways and look at the camera!
