The next 2 days will be filled with amazing images, fun stories shared, and sorrowful goodbyes. I will take part in this, but considering I know my last 2 shots, I want to take a serious moment to say a few things:

a) This year has been amazing. Actually, Whiskerino over the last 5 years to me has been life altering. I've made friends upon friends from an online beard growing contest/community.

b) Everyone's kind words about my photos and captions and comments has meant the world to me. Thank you for enjoying what I do. Thanks for inspiring me.

c) I feel like I found myself over the last few years, and Whiskerino and this community of amazing guys was one of the main catalysts. My old self is pissed off at all of you, but the new self is grateful.

d) Last, I'm glad that I've had the pleasure of meeting a great number of you. You are awesome people. Maybe something like this community will happen again. If it doesn't, then I guess we'll just have to spend time with each other in the real world.
