Something that is rarely talked about in the superhero world (at the conventions or in the comics or at the check out lines at supermarkets) is that superheroes have to eat. To eat, they have to make money. Some of them will take jobs, but others are so busy saving the world, that they forget to take a job, then they get hungry.

Being in a funk, he decided to try his hand and playing on the streets for money. With a whole list of covers and original songs, he wooed the empty sidewalks, garnishing a whole $2.23, which he later used to buy some doughnuts.

As he sang, he knew something was changing out there. Something wasn't right.
