mims attack says:: @hale, I use it mainly for kayaks.. they are about 21' long racing kayaks and are supported around their cockpits only, thus the need for adjustable racks. These days I do most my kayak hauling on my 92 Volvo wagon and leave the truck to carry wood and materials around.
