matty c's world famous tacos

I didn't name these...other people did

mattyc says:
For anyone who needs help with tacos
These may not look like much...but they are pretty awesome.
1 lb of raw chicken strips
1 package of old el paso taco seasoning
mexican blend shredded cheese
Old el paso taco sauce
1.Cook the chicken and cut into pieces. (I prefer the trusty forman for the cooking).
2. place in a frying pan or skillet and add seasoning and half the water the directions on the back of the mix says to
3. stir while cooking over medium heat. Cook till any excess water is gone.
4. place some tortillas in between two glass plates and microwave for 15-30 seconds depending on the number of tortillas.

Building of Tacos
1. Place tortilla on plate
2.put 8ish fritos on the tortilla in a line down the middle
3.take a half spatula worth of meat and do the same
4.sprinkel cheese on top
5. top with taco sauce

Then eat the crap out of them.
Don't go overboard on any of the ingredients or it won't tatse as good. It's all about the way the flavors mix together that makes these tacos awesome. You should get about 10 tacos per pound of meat.

Note...these are best enjoyed with other people.

Le Duncan says:
My chicken taco marinade consists of a small of tomato sauce (actual tomato sauce, not marinara) mixed with equal parts water and orange juice.

Add cilantro, cumin, chili powder, cayenne, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Soak the chicken in the marinade for 1/2 hour and cook together over low/medium heat.

It rules ass.

But you're the taco king, so I'm sure your recipe rules too.

Oh yeah I forgot to tell you...I did watch the finals at BATB2 and it was ridiculous.
That is sweet that the city finally built that park! San Luis has been talking about doing that FOREVER, we are the largest city in the county, yet we have the smallest skatepark ever. It has a roller skate ring next to it that is twice the size.
