A fairly lackluster tribute to an artist that I only discovered this year but have been voraciously accumulating work from ever since.

If you can guess who he is from this photo - kudos. If not, I'll be sure to fill you in somewhere in the comments.

hale. says:: little bit of info on that Argus camera; that model is the C3, commonly referred to as "The Brick" for obvious reasons. it was produced for nearly 30 years, and is quite common, with little value to collectors. however, after it was used in the Harry Potter films as Colin Creevy's camera, it became rather popular. supposedly there were cases of this camera which normally sells for $5-$10 on ebay selling for upwards of $90 when the seller marketed it as the "Harry Potter" camera.
