This year will be my first Christmas ever, since I converted from Judaism this past Easter. Likewise, here I am with my first Christmas Tree ever.

yes, the christmas tree is necessary, because it has to protect all your presents. thus the bigger the tree the more presents you are entitled to. looks like you got a good one.
