V13 (x,y) = (√ rcos Θ/2 + Ω), (√ rsin Θ/2 + Ω) where r = √ (x^2 + y^2) and
Θ = atan (y / x)
and Ω is a random variable that is either 0 or p.

@FledglingBrewer it's a fractal art piece that I did a few years back. This specific style is called a Grand Julian, because the main function of the equation is a Julian (the caption is a rough copypasta job of the Julian function). This is my favorite GJ that I've done, and I sell prints of a couple different ones for people to use as wall decoration. They look pretty awesome, if I say so myself!
