That's funny, I live less than 5 minutes from that course. Its a fun cheap one to play.

I got the iron at Target – part of their Monster series of sports. It came with the giant tee and a giant inflatable ball. My buddy and I used to play in my old apartment complex in Charlotte using a three-tiered fountain as the hole.
