Today I went to the dentist for the first time in 10 years. Yeah, it's pretty gross, but we all have those dumb things we do for our own personal reasons. Mine is a deep seated fear of dentistry and orthodontics. I had a 95 minute "deep cleaning", and now have to go in to fill five cavities next Monday. Don't be like me, go see your dentist.
