@KimJongIllness For my first attempt, I'll be brewing an Irish Red Ale...fingers crossed it'll be good. I'll probably shoot for actually brewing it in the next week or so (maybe Thanksgiving Day Weekend) and then it should be ready sometime in January I think. Just in time for some winter enjoyment.

@keifel there are beers in that book I would have no idea how one earth to even begin to find, but my favorite thing I've drank recently was Chimay Red (clame) even though I've had it a few times before. It's so good and worth the price of admission if you've got the means. I was blessed to be the guest of an executive chef family member who took very good care of us. And the food was amazing as well :)
