Sorry for the bad quality of this shot -- it has a story behind it.
After I set up this shot and reviewed the finished product, I realized I had left the flash on, which the signs reflected and sadly drowned out all surrounding light. After realizing my error, I turned the flash off and started to set up my shot again.
To my surprise, as I was fiddling around with my camera, the glow of headlights began to slowly creep up behind me. Having a feeling this couldn't be good, I decided to turn around with my fears being answered -- a squad car. In a matter of minutes, I found myself trying to explain my suspicious behavior to a police officer, being questioned repeatedly on what I was actually doing. With her running my plates and taking down my information, I began to explain myself and Whiskerino, to which I got nothing but looks of puzzlement and even more questions...
Another few minutes passed, and we found ourselves laughing at the absurdity of the situation... but I was still asked to pack up my things and go straight home.
Alas, the shot I wanted was not allowed to be taken.
With rebellion, there come consequences, good and bad. Today's were bad.
