thus far the snow has prevented; the acquisition of my new 27" quad core imac, my clamebute idea, my last P|R workday and it's looking to prevent the Worldwake pre-release tomorrow morning, and my goodbye dinner tomorrow night as well as grocery shopping, headphone pickup and aeron chair purchase in between.

I really hope this melts off by morning, or at the very least a million people drive the roads so I can drive them come tomorrow.

ugh.. seriously bad timing on some of those things but think of it this way - you get some time to do NOTHING and just enjoy the snow. That other stuff can be rescheduled / worked out just fine.

and don't bet on it melting off by tomorrow morning..

I hear you on your reply to @freshie - I am just saying its amazing how relative snow fall is... places that see it all the time live so differently. Even this much snow must wreak havoc in places where no one has studded tires
