the only blizzard we saw was a host of juicy steaks pouring from our grill - hey, can i borrow your sunscreen?

@barefoot - i don't mind some of the outer parts being medium well, but i need a pink juicy center. i've also found that we cook so much at one time that inevitably, i end up seeing my steak again later in the week. being that the second time i see it, it's gone through a reheating process that cooks it some more, it's best to go ahead and error on the rare side. that way, there is still a little pink left in the leftovers. mmm.
