Today I have received the visit of the beardo fairies. They have revealed me incredible secrets about growing, and also about showing!

All done in-camera... wait for a CLAME post with setup...

CLAME for a photo of the setup. To give "Shape" to bokeh, you must cover your lens with the shape you want. It should have the same size than your focal length divided by the aperture you are going to use (in my case, 50mm / f2.0 = 25 mm, but I gave a small margin to be on the safe side, I think 23mm).
