Fish tacos at Taqueria del Sol. Love the flavors of this place, though I really, really wish they'd use corn instead of wheat tortillas.

@ulaocealleigh If the filling is the least bit moist (and many of the tacos at this place are especially), flour tortilla get gummy and I don't like that texture at all.

Good corn tortillas seem to let the liquid run off instead of absorbing it. Less starch, maybe. So they maintain their integrity better.

Tacos are serious business.
