This is Livermush, aka, Liver Pudding. It is fantastic but it gets a bad wrap. I'm setting out to change that. Over the next few days I'll show you guys how to make a solid sandwich from this mystery meat.

Vegetarians, beware.

I've heard of livermush plenty, but all from Elldub in the last Whiskerino. "Essence of Elldub" would be a winner, I think, though, I am thanful to be a vegetarian once you start in with the livermush talk.
