So, now that you have your maynnaise and hot sauce made, your livermush cut into a nice thick slice and your pan warmed up, you can drop the slices into said pan. If you've ever fried anything, you know it's good to keep a keen eye on what you're frying. Same thing here. You want a nice blackened outside and that mushy goodness on the inside. If you start smelling that it's getting burnt - remove immediately.
