This kind of reminds me of the time I was trapped in a lake for a year, then a large man with a beard thrust his meaty hand into the water and pulled me out, holding me above his head, yelling at the top of his lungs "I HAVE THE POWER!!!!"

Later, he went on to become the king and his best friend lay with his wife and Skeletor rode a unicorn through the streets of San Francisco looking for someone to hold him.

@mackle, there's a hose type thing in the water that makes ripples, which disrupts the freezing. I noticed it as I was walking to this place to take my picture, and am really only guessing what it's for and whether it would work.
