didn't turn out like I had hoped when I set out on the project, but was severely limited on time today, even the time it would have taken to walk outside the building would have been too much :(

Yeah cutouts are harder than they appear.

of course proper lighting and a proper camera could have made quite a difference. and time.

I find it hysterical that @jnonfiction has the same comment for this that he had back in 2007. Clame.

For beating me to it, @Dj, and because I unwittingly stole your idea, you get a King.

@sirsquire that's uncanny. seriously.

jnonfiction says:
okay, here's a tip: next time, print the original shot from the original, the jnon'd elements from the jnon'd, reassemble, and then add yourself. the colors will come out better because you're only using the primary sources.

Dj says:
@jnon - thanks for the tip. After the fact, I was thinking the same, and likely could have done a much better job with this had I a better printer, more time, and use of the tools and experience of @Furricane and @Stacy.

My print on the cutout actually looks much better in person, but the combination fluorescent and sun backlighting really did a number on my lil camera.
