Here in Korea, today is 대보름 or 大보름(Daeboreum - First full moon of the Lunar New Year). Traditionally, farmers would burn their fields to destroy unwanted plants and fertilize the ground. Celebrations abound in order to wish for good health in the New Year.
I find this fitting since this celebration corresponds to the final day of Whiskerino. In the background of this photo, you can see an improvisation of the field burning celebration (this is my guess anyway). As I watch the bonfire commence tonight, I wish you all the best in the New Year (whichever one you follow).
It has been a great ride. 안녕 (goodbye)
