A little black and white action.

My guitar is one of my favorite things. It was given to me as a high school graduation present. I played it constantly though college and then it kind of fell by the wayside for about two years. I started playing guitar again and it is a great way to relax. I am always telling myself that "the details matter". When I am playing guitar I let the details of life leave and relax.

living in Nashville, it's rare and refreshing to meet / read about someone that enjoys playing guitar for the pure enjoyment of playing guitar and not some other means to an end like being some big songwriter.

aside from that - beautiful photo.

Is that backdrop actually in black and white? It's awesome regardless.

thought for a second that the front of your guitar had a sweet inlay, then i realized it was the reflection of the backdrop. lovely shot!

Yeah that is actually a black and white backdrop...but I do have that same backdrop in red, yellow, and blue.
