Been in the kitchen all day. made some awesome tomato sauce that i used to make some awesome meatballs that i used to make some awesome spaghetti and meatballs! hooray!

benfrank says:: @hankbobs i assume that means you are a vegetarian? yeah, the sauce is totally vegetarian. i know a lot of "proper" italian sauces involve stewing cow or pig collars all day. while that is great for some stuff, i prefer my basic sauce to be lighter.
