saturday we sold some furniture that we hadn't been using to get rid of clutter and make some cash. along with this we also sold our dining table & chairs so we could start using megan's grandmother's awesome retro dinette set which for some stupid reason we had been storing out on our patio for the last 5 years. after a good cleaning of the chairs, i picked one up and the seat fell off due to the wood unknowingly having rotted. when the seat hit the floor in the kitchen, spiders went scurrying out. so the chairs were no good. but we did manage to remove almost all the rust from the table and clean it up really well. today i re-chromed the steel on the table to restore it to its original look. we also have been spray painting a set of chairs that we bought at target to match the table since the chairs we had planned on using were no good. i am exhausted and dirty and have been inhaling paint fumes all day. at one point my moustache was completely gray from just breathing while i was priming the table legs. oh well. it will be worth it when it's all done and we have an awesome table and chairs.

HA! I have that exact same breather and bought it back in October before I decided how I was going to do my floors. Was very tempted to use it in a Whiskerino photo, but couldn't think of a good enough shot to do it.

You pull it off WAAAAAAY better, in my opinion. Awesome shot.
