Been trying to put weight (muscle) back on for the last 4 months, after going from this
. That cycle ends after this month and my gym schedule goes from 3 back to 6 days/week. I also drop all starchy carbs save one cheat meal per week and oatmeal after each training session. That'll last through January.
Good thing I got my 3 cups of dressing and 4 cups of mashed potatoes in yesterday. Also, I think I drank some gravy.
