I also have a bunch of Kid Robot toys on my desk that haven't made it to my toy shelf yet.

JasonF says:: @wookiemonster That's actually Spirit Tracks on the DS there, but only for the shot. It's the last thing I beat. I haven't picked up a new DS game since then. My Pile of Shame (tm) currently consists of: New Super Mario Bros. Wii, Demon's Souls, Uncharted 1, Batman: Arkham Asylum, and Little Big Planet. If I ever get through those, I might pick up another DS game... though I do still need to beat Scribblenauts and Proffersor Layton and the Curious Box.

I haven't looked at jRuby yet, but in the past, scripted languages that run inside Java work really well for rapid development, but tend to perform terribly in a scaled application. I'll definitely take a look at it though and see what's up, thanks for the tip!
