Top 4 I'm listening to as of late:
1. Vampire Weekend - I've had this record for a while but not until recently have I really gotten into it. perfect for the late winter leading into spring. Fun stuff.
2. Avett Brothers - Emotionalism: Discovered this one over the holidays and have listened to it at least once a day. An instant classic in my book.
3. Yeasayer - All Hour Cymbals: track 3- 2080 is incredible. The whole record is great background listening with a few high moments that make it an easy 'go to' play.
4. Iron & Wine - The Shepherd's Dog: I went into this one not expecting much but Sam Beam's craft continues to grow and this record is a true testament to that. Alot of different styles here and he pulls them off flawlessly without straying form his own aesthetic.
i love music.
